How It Started…

The First Mission

After countless late-night phone calls and a vision that continued to evolve, the brothers crafted the very first Mission Minded Business plan centered around building a home in Costa Rica for a family in need. This plan came with a unique challenge: both brothers needed to meet specific production goals—not for personal income, but to change the life of a family in need. The results were nothing short of extraordinary. The "Mission Minded Business" approach not only transformed their careers but also left a profound impact on their hearts. This experience ignited a passion to inspire others to join the same meaningful initiative.

The Impact:

The idea began to take on a life of its own as they shared it with fellow agents and business partners. Before long, the enthusiasm was contagious—they had no choice but to share the vision with everyone they worked with. The demand quickly grew beyond what they could handle, prompting them to start creating business plans for others in the industry. As their principles took root, they watched their own business flourish. Returning from a mission trip that had reignited their passion, they felt even more driven and inspired than ever before, ready to make an even bigger impact.

Our Purpose

They’re experiencing the incredible rewards of not only serving their customers but also making a difference for people around the globe, driven by their unwavering goals and passion for meaningful work.

It started with two brothers with a vision to make an impact that grew into a movement.


  • Peter’s Story

    After a year and a half in real estate, Peter felt depleted and disconnected. His sole focus on selling houses left him unfulfilled and ready to leave the business. “I felt lost and needed a bigger purpose in my life than just selling homes," he shared. "My ego had completely run me down to the point where I didn’t know how to find genuine purpose in my career.” He knew a change had to happen and that is when his little brother came back from a mission trip.

    Luka’s Story

    While on a mission trip in Costa Rica, he felt deeply impacted by the work he was doing. Although he knew he was called to other business ventures back home, this experience opened his eyes to a greater possibility. He realized there was a bigger and better way to combine his business skills with the meaningful, life-changing work he was part of in another country. So Luka called his brother and they started making a plan.
